Private Sector Housing Officer
My Local Authority client in Surrey is looking for Private Sector Housing Officers to join them on an interim basis.
It's a steady, well-run team - they just need a few extra pairs of hands to help manage the workload. They are open to hearing from individuals at all levels.
What you'll be getting stuck into:
- Picking up a mix of private sector housing cases
- Carrying out inspections and working through HHSRS
- Dealing with complaints and following them through to resolution
- Working with landlords to get properties up to standard (and taking action where needed)
They're not looking to micromanage - just someone who knows what they're doing and can crack on!
You must have Local Authority experience within a Private Sector Housing team to apply for this vacancy.
