Immediate Start: Experienced Housing Solutions Reviews Officer Wanted
A London Council is seeking an experienced Housing Solutions Reviews Officer to provide interim support on an initial 3-month contract, paying £33-£36 per hour (umbrella).
What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out part 6 and part 7 s202 Housing Act reviews to a high standard.
- Assessing complex case files, evidence, and applicant representations objectively
- Producing legally robust written review decisions within statutory timescale
- Ensuring compliance with housing legislation, guidance, and case law
What helps you stand out:
Minimum 12 months recent experience undertaking Part 6 & 7 S202 homelessness reviews
Contract details:
Hybrid working candidates should be available to attend the office 2-3 days per week
