Park Avenue have partnered with a Local Authority on the South Coast, looking for a Strategic Temporary Accommodation Lead!
With a sharp rise in frontline approaches over the past two years, the Council needs someone who can:
- Lead procurement of cost-effective accommodation from various sources, including registered providers, private landlords, and developers;
- Ensure a sustainable supply of accommodation that meets statutory, policy, and budgetary goals;
- Oversee governance and ensure property compliance in procurement processes.
Effectively, you'll be tapping into potential opportunities in the area on behalf of the Council.
