Ben is our inspiring Divisional Manager for the Property and Housing teams, bringing nearly six years of rich experience across the Public Sector. He started his journey by recruiting into construction before transitioning to the property and housing sectors, where he now expertly manages teams specialising in:

Ben's journey from a small village in Somerset to becoming a respected Divisional Manager is a testament to his hard work, resilience, and unwavering commitment. Throughout his childhood, he played football and cricket, showcasing his team spirit and determination. Despite being a South West boy at heart, he is a devoted Manchester City fan, often taking trips up north to watch them play with his dad. Outside of work, Ben is still a passionate sportsman with a keen focus on health and fitness. He regularly participates in cycling, running, and swimming events, constantly pushing his limits. Some of his latest achievements include completing a half Ironman triathlon and running 12 half marathons in 12 months in 2023. Always looking for the next challenge, he is now aiming to complete his first full Ironman triathlon in 2025.
