Lauren is a part of the Operations Team at Park Avenue Recruitment, taking on all things Compliance alongside team leader, Daisy. With a detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to risk management, Lauren handles everything with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ensures our operations run smoothly, ethically and in line with all relevant regulations.
Lauren has a unique mix of professional insight, 3 years of strong administrative experience, a friendly and approachable style, and she strives to make compliance feel less like a checkbox list and more like a supportive framework that helps everyone succeed. She brings enthusiasm and heart to everything she touches, and is ready to take on new projects to support the team.
Originally from London, Lauren enjoys the fast-paced city life, but outside of work, you'll usually find her curled up with a good book (Harry Potter being the favourite), tackling a 1000-piece puzzle or enjoying a glass of wine in the sun with friends.
