We're looking for an experienced ASB Officer to manage a varied caseload of antisocial behaviour, neighbour disputes and tenancy breaches within a social housing setting in Surrey.
This is a hands‑on role for someone confident taking enforcement action where required, while also working proactively with residents and partners to prevent escalation and support safer, stronger communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ASB, neighbour dispute, hoarding and tenancy breach cases from complaint through to resolution.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence and prepare high‑quality reports and legal documentation.
- Take proportionate enforcement action, including injunctions and possession proceedings.
- Support victims and witnesses, ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners including police and support agencies.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policy and equality duties.
- Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in ASB / tenancy enforcement within social housing.
- Strong knowledge of civil legal processes and court action.
- Confident case manager with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of multi‑agency working and managing complex, sensitive situations.
- Organised, resilient and able to work under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to cover a defined patch.
