ASB Officer

Park Avenue are partnering with a Housing Association in Essex who are looking for an experienced ASB Officer to join their teams. As an ASB Officer, you'll take ownership of a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases, helping residents feel safe in their homes while delivering meaningful outcomes for communities.

You'll have the autonomy to manage complex investigations, work closely with residents and partner agencies, and make a visible impact from day one.

Your Impact:

• Creating safer communities by tackling anti-social behaviour and nuisance cases.
• Supporting residents through challenging and sensitive situations.
• Investigating ASB cases and delivering proportionate, effective resolutions.
• Working with external agencies to protect vulnerable residents.
• Taking enforcement action where required to achieve positive outcomes.
• Building trust and confidence within neighbourhoods.
• Improving residents' quality of life through proactive case management.

About You:

• Previous experience working as an ASB Officer within a Housing Association or Local Authority.
• Strong understanding of housing legislation, ASB, and tenancy enforcement.
• Experience managing complex and high-risk cases.
• Confident building relationships with residents and partner agencies.
• Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
