Park Avenue are partnering with Housing Associations across Hertfordshire who are looking for experienced Housing Officers to join their teams. You'll manage your own patch, build strong resident relationships, and play a key role in delivering excellent tenancy management services.

About You:
- Previous Housing Officer experience within a Housing Association or Local Authority.
- Strong understanding of tenancy management and housing legislation.
- Experience managing a diverse caseload within social housing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your patch.
