Interim Disposals Surveyor - Essex Local Authority
Park Avenue Recruitment is pleased to be working with a local authority in Essex that is looking for an experienced Disposals Surveyor to join the team on an interim basis.
The role:
- 3-month initial contract, with a strong likelihood of extension
- £550-£600 per day, Inside IR35
- 2 days per week in the office
The council already has a disposals programme in place and is looking for someone who can take ownership of a varied portfolio of assets, managing disposals from initial instruction through to completion.
About you:
- Ideally MRICS qualified, although this is not essential
- Previous local authority experience
- Extensive disposals experience
- Able to attend the office 2 days per week
