I am working with a Local Authority who are now on the hunt for an experienced and reliable Estates Surveyor to join their team.
A Local Authority I am working with are on the hunt for a Senior Estates Surveyor to manage their property portfolio, lead key projects, and deliver strategic advice.
In this role, you will work through the Councils portfolio, dealing with assets that are occupied by the Council themselves or by Community Organisations.
A lot of the work involved will be Landlord and Tenant negotiations, leading on said matters in terms of occupants and lettings for the property portfolio and the implementation of the council's assets policy.

Day rate - £350 per day inside IR35
Office attendance - 2/3 days per week
Contract Length - 6 months
MRICS required, Registered Valuer ideally but not essential.
Local Authority experience is preferred.
