A recognised local authority in Norfolk is looking to hire an experienced Estates Surveyor to join their property team on a flexible working basis.
Job Title - Interim Estates Surveyor
Location - Norfolk
Contract Length - 3 months (potential for extension)
Day Rate - £450 Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of assets including retail spaces, offices and warehouses.
- Rent reviews & Lease renewals, and other General Estates Surveying duties.
- Maintaining relationships with tenants and dealing with queries.
Skills & Experience:
- MRICS qualification is preferred, but QBE will be considered.
