Interim Estates Surveyor:
Park Avenue is currently working with a Local Authority in Peterborough that is seeking an Interim Estates Surveyor to join the team.
Contract Details:
- Initial 3-month contract
- £400-£450 per day (DOE), inside IR35
- 2-3 days per week in the office / attending site inspections
The Role:
You will work across a varied and diverse property portfolio, delivering a range of high-profile estate management activities. Responsibilities will include lease renewals, rent reviews, title disputes (with a degree of legal complexity), as well as supporting asset disposals and acquisitions.
About You:
- Able to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week
- Local authority experience
- MRICS (preferred)
- Experience across estates management and disposals
