Interim Estates Surveyor - Lincolnshire
Park Avenue is currently partnering with a Local Authority in Lincolnshire seeking an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
Contract Details:
Initial 3-month contract
£400-£425 per day (DOE), inside IR35
1-2 days per week in the office / attending site inspections
The Role:
Leading on rent reviews and lease renewals
Managing landlord and tenant matters
Overseeing lettings
Dealing with service charges and wayleaves
About You:
Local authority experience
MRICS preferred (not essential)
