Park Avenue are delighted to be working with a local authority in Hertfordshire who are looking to appoint a Senior Estates Surveyor on an interim basis.
The Contract:
* 3-month initial contract (with potential for extension)
* £400-£450 per day (Inside IR35)
* 2 days per week in the office, with the remainder remote
The Role:
* Rent reviews and lease renewals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Disposals
* Valuations
* Service charges
About You:
* MRICS preferred
* Local authority experience desirable
* Available to start in April 2026
