INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR

Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a London Borough on their Interim Estates Surveyor vacancy.
You'll be working on a mixed-portfolio including operational and investment assets - shops, industrial units, residential. You're tasked with working through the rent review and lease renewal backlog and building relationships with the tenants. Experience with commercial valuations could be beneficial, however it is not essential.
This is an initial 3 month contract, which will likely be extended. They work on a hybrid basis, with you in the office and on site inspections 3 days per week.
- You need to be MRICS, but Registered Valuer is not an essential criteria.
- Interviews will likely be hosted quickly, with a start date at the end of Sept/start of Oct.
