Park Avenues are pleased to announce that we are currently working with a local authority based in Suffolk who are looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
The Contract:
- 3-month initial contract
- £450 per day, Inside IR35
- 2 days per week in the office
The Role:
- Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
- Landlord & Tenant
- Valuations
- Disposals & Acquisitions
- Other ad hoc estates management work
About You:
- Local Authority experience
- MRICS (preferred)
