Interim Estates Surveyor - Suffolk
Park Avenue is pleased to be working closely with a council in Suffolk that is looking for an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy and friendly team, working collaboratively to manage existing backlogs alongside current workloads.
The Contract
- £400-£450 per day, Inside IR35
- 6-month initial contract
- Flexible office presence
- Part-time or full-time hours available
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of commercial and operational assets, with day-to-day responsibilities including:
- Rent reviews
- Lease renewals
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Lettings
- Disposals
- General estates management
The role will also involve drafting policies and reports, so it's important that you are comfortable producing clear, well-written documentation and working across a range of estates-related matters.
