Interim Estates Surveyor - Hertfordshire
Park Avenue is pleased to be working closely with a council in Hertfordshire that is looking for an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly, hardworking team and work alongside a supportive and experienced manager.
The Contract
- £400-£450 per day, Inside IR35
- 6-month initial contract
- 2 days per week in the office initially, with flexibility to reduce to 1 day after an initial period
- Part-time or full-time hours available
The Role
You will be joining a small and collaborative estates team consisting of two Chartered Surveyors and two junior members of staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Lettings and service charges
- Disposals and acquisitions
- General ad-hoc estates management work
- Valuations are outsourced
About You
- MRICS / Chartered Surveyor qualification is essential
- Public sector experience is desirable
- Strong estates management experience across a varied portfolio
