Interim GIS / Property Data Specialist - Essex
Park Avenue Recruitment is pleased to be working with a client in Essex who is looking for an experienced GIS / Property Data Specialist to join their Estates team on an interim basis.
Contract Details:
- £350-£400 per day, Inside IR35
- 1-2 days per week in the office, with the remainder remote
- 3-month initial contract, with a strong likelihood of extension
The Role:
- Produce GIS maps, plans and Land Registry compliant plans to support Estates projects and property transactions.
- Provide GIS expertise, geospatial analysis and CAD mapping support.
- Lead on the administration and maintenance of the property terrier, ensuring disposals, acquisitions and other property transactions are accurately recorded.
- Produce property data reports covering rents, lease renewals, rent reviews and data quality.
- Analyse Land Registry records to support ownership, boundary and highway enquiries.
- Interpret title documents and support Estates colleagues with ownership, boundary and maintenance responsibilities.
- Respond to Council property ownership enquiries and FOIs.
About You:
- Must have strong experience working with property data.
- Must have experience using WebTerrier software.
- GIS and Land Registry experience is essential.
- Previous local authority / public sector property experience would be highly desirable.
