A Local Authority Client of ours, based in the East Midlands, are currently looking for a Part Time, Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
The role would have flexible working arrangements, offering a mix of office attendance and working from home, believing a balanced mix is most proficient.
The main body of work will involve a mix of landlord and tenant responsibilites, from rent reviews and lease renewals to acquisitions and disposals. The portfolio is a mixed bag, with a substantial and interesting portfolio.
- £350-400 per day (inside IR35)
- 3-month initial contract, extension is likely
- MRICS - Required
- Registered Valuer - Preferred
- Local Authority Experience - Preferred
