INTERIM PROJECT SURVEYOR
Southeast
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who require an Interim Project Surveyor.
Your role reports into the Head of Property, where you'll support on a specific project with the NHS. It requires you to have NHS experience, as well as general commercial property experience (ideally in a Local Authority). Project-specific responsibilities can be explained in more detail over the phone/via email. Alongside this, you'll also assist with general estates management tasks such as L&T, wayleaves, service charges etc.
- 3 month initial contract
- 2 days per week in office/on site.
- MRICS is required.
- Local Authority experience is not essential.
- Recent and relevant experience with NHS is desirable.
- L&T on commercial portfolios is required.
