INTERIM ASSET SURVEYOR
Southeast
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who require an Interim Asset Surveyor (Commercial).
Your role reports into the Estates Manager, where you support across a variety of workloads - no two days are the same! Assets include, industrial sites, retail parades, offices, enterprise park, and ad-hoc bits of land. Day to day, you'll work on rent reviews, lease renewals, licences, easements, wayleaves, service charges, new lettings - everything you'd expect!
- 3 days per week in office, although if you can get there 5 days a week, that'd be best!
- MRICS is required.
- Local Authority experience is not essential. Recent and relevant experience with L&T on commercial portfolios is required.
