INTERIM RURAL ESTATES SURVEYOR
SOUTHWEST
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority who require an Interim Rural Estates Surveyor to join their team.
The council require someone who's experienced with rural portfolios to join their team, managing 40+ farm estates, building relationships with the tenants, completing rent reviews, lease renewals and supporting on boundary disputes.
You can work on a full time, or part time basis for this position.
The Council work on a hybrid basis, with you needed in the office/on site 1-2 days per week. Access to a car is essential.
- MRICS is required.
- Local Authority experience is required.
