We're working with an organisation we've had the pleasure of supporting for several years, and they're looking for an experienced Senior Acquisitions Surveyor to join them on an interim basis.
With an exciting pipeline of projects ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring your commercial expertise into a team where you can genuinely influence outcomes.
So, where do you come in?
You'll be taking ownership of acquisitions, identifying opportunities, negotiating deals and working closely with stakeholders to help turn ambitious plans into reality.
We're looking for someone with strong experience in property acquisitions, valuations and commercial property, who can confidently navigate negotiations and keep projects moving forward. MRICS accreditation would be advantageous.

£500-£600 per day (DOE, Inside IR35)
Initial 6-month contract, with potential to extend
