Housing Officer - Kent

£26+ per hour | Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Housing Officer who enjoys taking ownership of your patch and making a real difference to residents and their communities?

I'm working with a local authority in Kent looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join their team. It's a varied role covering the full range of housing management, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, getting out on their patch and seeing issues through to resolution.

What you'll be doing:

Managing your own housing patch and caseload
Handling ASB and tenancy management
Supporting with rent arrears and income recovery
Managing voids and tenancy-related issues
Working alongside Police, Environmental Health and Social Services
Helping improve estates and local communities

What I'm looking for:

Solid housing management experience
Good knowledge of housing legislation and ASB
Confidence managing your own workload and making decisions
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
