Interim Senior Estates Surveyor - London
Park Avenue is pleased to be working with a valued client in London who is looking for an experienced Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join their team.
Contract Details:
- 3-month initial contract, with potential for extension
- £450 per day, Inside IR35
- 2 days per week in the office
The Role:
This is a general day-to-day estates management role, working across a mixed portfolio of both investment and operational assets.
You will be responsible for a range of estates management activities, including:
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lettings and service charges
- Wayleaves and easements
- Disposals and acquisitions
About You:
- MRICS - essential
- Public sector experience - essential
- Strong, broad estates management experience
