Interim Valuation Surveyor - Norfolk Local Authority
Park Avenue is delighted to be working with a Local Authority in Norfolk that is seeking an experienced Interim Valuation Surveyor to join their property team.
Contract Details
Initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension
£400-£500 per day (depending on experience)
Inside IR35
Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
About You
MRICS qualified
Registered Valuer status
Previous Local Authority experience is desirable
The Role
Undertake valuations across the Council's property portfolio, including asset valuations
Deliver Red Book valuations in accordance with RICS standards and guidance
Support the completion of property and asset reviews
Assist with wider estates management matters when required, including:
Rent reviews
Lease renewals
Landlord and tenant matters
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced valuation professional looking to support a Local Authority on a varied and interesting property portfolio.
