Park Avenue is pleased to be recruiting for an Interim Valuation Surveyor to join our client's Property team in Norfolk.
Contract Details:
6-9 month contract
£450-£500 per day, Inside IR35
3-4 days per week in the office, with more flexibility likely as the assignment progresses
You'll be joining a small Estates team of around five people and reporting directly into the Director of Property.
The main focus of the role will be to support local authority clients with their asset valuation requirements, so strong, hands-on valuation experience is essential.
About You:
MRICS preferred
Registered Valuer preferred
Strong experience delivering asset valuations
Ideally previous experience working with or alongside Local Authorities, allowing you to hit the ground running
