INTERIM VALUATION SURVEYOR
SOUTHEAST ENGLAND
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a well-regarded Local Authority in the Southeast who are looking for an Interim Valuation Surveyor to join their Commercial Property team.
We've worked closely with this authority for a number of years, and they have built a strong reputation within the interim market.
You'll be joining an established team of five, with your main focus being to deliver the Council's annual asset valuation programme ahead of the financial year-end. The portfolio is diverse, covering retail, industrial and office spaces, along with a variety of operational assets too. The role requires 2 days per week in the office, with Tuesdays essential. Due to the nature of the portfolio, access to a car is recommended.
Essential requirements:
- MRICS
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Strong asset valuation experience
