A housing provider in South West London is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Lead to support local housing services and deliver an excellent experience for residents. You'll be the main point of contact for a patch of approx. 500-600 homes, helping improve satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure services are consistent and reliable.
