A Hertfordshire-based authority are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Lead officer.
🏠 First and foremost, you’ll need to know a thing or two about HMO licensing. You’ll also need to carry out inspections, investigations and HHSRS assessments.
🏠 This role will also require a little bit of enforcement responsibility; serving civil penalties and attending Tribunal and Courts Services when required.
🏠 As a lead officer, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of officers, reviewing staff training and development needs.
This role will involve a mixture of working at home, and out and about within the green borough 🌳✍🏼
On offer is an initial 3-month contract with the potential to be extended.
