A local authority in the West Midlands are seeking an experienced Property Information Improvement & GIS Specialist to support a major Property Transformation Programme on an interim basis.
This is a specialist, project-focused role aimed at improving property data quality, GIS capability and asset intelligence across a large and complex estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced GIS analysis, mapping and spatial reporting using ArcGIS, QGIS or Cadcorp.
- Lead a programme to cleanse, validate and improve property and asset data.
- Integrate datasets including GIS, Civica, LLPG and UPRN information.
- Review and optimise use of Civica Property Management, including reporting, workflows and data structures.
- Produce dashboards and analytical insight to support asset reviews, estate rationalisation and strategic decision-making.
- Improve processes, governance and knowledge sharing within the property information function.
Contract Details
- 6 month initial contract
- £450 - £500 per day
- Hybrid working - flexible
- Interviews - 14th and 15th May
