Park Avenue are delighted to be working with a local authority in Cambridge who are looking to appoint a Senior Estates Surveyor on an interim basis.
The Contract:
* 6-month initial contract (with potential for extension)
* £450-£500 per day (Inside IR35)
* 1-2 days per week in the office, with the remainder remote
* Interviews taking place next week, with a mid-late April start
The Role:
* Rent reviews and lease renewals
* Negotiation of new lettings
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Disposals
* Supporting the delivery of strategic asset management plans
About You:
* MRICS preferred
* Local authority experience desirable
* Available to start in April 2026
