I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Planning Officer for a 6-month contract in Staffordshire, paying £40-£50 per hour.
The role would suit a Senior Planner with strong Development Management experience, particularly across Heritage, planning backlogs and Planning Committee.
Key requirements:
- Senior-level Development Management experience
- Strong Heritage / Listed Buildings experience
- Experience managing and clearing planning backlogs
- Planning Committee experience
- Appeals experience - please confirm the level and type of appeals you have handled
- Experience with listed buildings, retrospective applications, flats and smaller-scale applications
The details:
- £40-£50 per hour
- 6-month contract
- Start within 1-2 weeks
- Minimum 1 day per week onsite
- Additional attendance may be required for site visits and Planning Committee
