Provide oversight, direction, and coordination across services
Ensure services are aligned, compliant and high performing
Work across legal frameworks and with external partners

Budget management
Forward planning and service improvement
Oversight of performance, compliance and H&S
Leadership across multiple teams and service areas
Member Engagement:
Deliver briefings
Manage political sensitivities
Build strong relationships with elected members
