Role and responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary property team
- Manage a varied estate with a mixed bag of assets
- Shape and deliver a forward-thinking property strategy
- Drive performance across leases, acquisitions, disposals, and capital projects
- Ensure full compliance with property law, safety standards, and best practice
What You Bring
- Senior experience in estates or property leadership - ideally across public or mixed-use portfolios
- Expertise in asset management, compliance, and strategic planning
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- MRICS
- Confident, proactive, and available immediately or at short notice
