INTERIM ASSET SURVEYOR
SOUTHEAST
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority who require an Interim Asset Surveyor on a 3 month initial contract.
This role will see you focused on their operational and investment portfolio, working through rent reviews and lease renewals, along with other areas of estates management. You may also be required to advise on assets for disposal purposes ahead of LGR. You'll be attending site inspections, meeting with tenants and focusing on building the relationships.
This role can be full time or part time; my client is open to receiving applications from all candidates.
They work on a hybrid basis, with you in the offices twice a week, one day being for inspections. A car is required for this position, as some assets aren't accessible via public transport.
- MRICS is required.
- Local Authority experience is required.
