Park Avenue is delighted to be partnering with a Local Authority in the Northwest searching for an Interim Principal Estates Surveyor (Disposals).

Location: Northwest, UK
Rate: £50 - £55 per hour (Inside IR35)
Contract: 3-month initial term, with strong potential for extension
Working Arrangement: 1 day per week in the office

The Role:

You'll take the lead in managing an ongoing in-house Disposals Programme, which forms part of a long-term strategic estates initiative. The programme involves the disposal of around 100 assets, including both land and property.

Your expertise will be key to ensuring the effective management, marketing, and delivery of these disposals in line with the authority's objectives.

About you:

You must have experience in acquisition and disposals.
Local authority experience is preferable but not essential.
MRICS essential.
