Interim Principal Estates Surveyor (Disposals)
* £50-£55 per hour (Inside IR35)
* Hybrid: approx. one day per week on-site
* Initial 3-month contract, strong likelihood of extension
* Lead the in-house disposals programme (c.100 land and property assets) over the coming years

About you:
* Proven disposals experience
* MRICS preferred (not essential)
* Local authority background preferred (not essential)
