Park Avenue are working with a forward-thinking local authority in the West Midlands that urgently requires an experienced Interim Principal Estates Surveyor to support their Corporate Assets function during a key period of transformation.

This role offers a rare opportunity to shape estate management strategy and influence high-profile regeneration and development projects within a collaborative council environment.

Key Details:

• Location: West Midlands (3 days/week in the office)
• Start:ASAP
• Rate: £400-£425 per day
• Contract: Interim (initial term, with potential for extension)
• Team: Line management of one part-time Estates Surveyor

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified
• Strong background in local authority estate management
• Skilled in strategic asset management, valuation, and regulatory compliance
• Confident in providing property advice on housing, regeneration, and economic development projects
• Proven ability to lead and deliver results in a small, dedicated team
