INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
EAST SUSSEX
Park Avenue are working exclusively with a Local Authority in East Sussex who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on a 6 month initial contract.
This role will see you manage a mixed range of assets, including offices, industrial warehouses and properties with community value. Your focus will be negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant negotiations, and new lettings.
The team are small, so you'll be joining to make a difference. Effective communication with other departments is key to achieving the Council's goals.
This is a hybrid role, with you in the offices 2-3 days per week. You can use a car or travel by train, with direct links to London.
- MRICS is desirable
- Local Authority experience is essential.
