INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR

Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a London Borough who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-month contract.
This role will see you covering their landlord & tenant function, across rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings and supporting with their residential acquisition scheme. Their assets include offices, retail, industrial warehouses, an airport, parks and allotments. You'll work collaboratively with the team, being in the office 2 days per week (access to a car is recommended).
They're looking for competent and driven Surveyors who can hit the ground running.
You need previous experience with landlord & tenant negotiations, but do not need to be Chartered or have previous Council experience.
Interviews will commence w.b 19/01, with a start date ASAP.
