INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
LONDON
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a London Borough who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-month contract. This is likely to be extended due to the workload!
Contract Details:
- Contract Length: 3 months (likely to be extended due to high workload!)
- Rate: £450 per day
- Working Policy: Hybrid
Role Exposure:
- Working through an extensive backlog of rent reviews, lease renewals, wayleaves, and potentially asset valuations.
- Opportunity to work on the operational and investment portfolios, approx. 400-500 assets.
- Reporting to the Property Manager, with no line management responsibilities.
The Council are looking for candidates who can join with a short notice period, but they're willing to wait for the right person. We have supported this Council extensively in the past, with our contractors enjoying the team environment and the commercial spirit.
You need to have previous Local Authority experience and have a background in Estates Surveying. MRICS is desirable.
