This is an excellent long-term opportunity to work on a varied caseload of major and complex planning applications while supporting the wider Development Management team with technical expertise and high-profile schemes.
The role:
- Manage a caseload of major application (up to 200 dwellings, grey belt, green belt, commercial and industrial use)
- Manage a caseload of complex development
- Prepare reports and present applications at Planning Committee.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on complex cases.
- Engage with applicants, consultees and stakeholders to deliver high-quality planning outcomes.
What's on offer:
- Up to £55 per hour, outside IR35
- On-going contract
- Hybrid working - just 1 day per week on site
