Park Avenue are currently working with a local authority in Suffolk who are looking to bring in an experienced Estates Surveyor on an interim basis.
The Contract:
* Initial 3-month contract
* £400 per day (Inside IR35)
* Flexible office attendance (2-3 days per month)
The Role:
* Rent reviews & lease renewals
* Landlord & tenant matters
* Service charges
* Opportunity to get involved in disposals and valuations
About You:
* MRICS preferred
* Local authority/public sector experience beneficial
* Available to start within 1 week
