Interim Estates Surveyor - London
Park Avenue is currently working with a Local Authority in London that is seeking an MRICS-qualified Estates Surveyor to join their team. This opportunity would suit a surveyor with around 2-3 years' post-qualification experience looking to further develop their career within a supportive and well-established property team.
Contract Details
Initial 3-month contract
£350-£400 per day (Inside IR35)
Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a commercial and investment portfolio, undertaking a range of general practice surveying duties, including:
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Lettings
Landlord and tenant matters
Acquisitions and disposals
General estates management and ad hoc property work
About You
MRICS qualified
Experience gained in either the public or private sector
Strong general practice surveying background
