Park Avenue is delighted to be working with a London-based Housing Association that is seeking an Interim Commercial Property Surveyor to join their team.
Contract Details
Initial 6-9 month contract, with the potential for extension
£450-£500 per day (Inside IR35)
Hybrid working - 2-3 days per week in the office and on-site
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day and strategic operation of a commercial property portfolio
Lead rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments, licences, lease restructures, and lettings
Oversee acquisitions, disposals, and wider asset management activities
Drive income generation and mitigate risk across the portfolio
About You
MRICS qualification preferred
Strong commercial property and landlord & tenant experience
Previous public sector or housing association experience is essential
