I'm pleased to be working with a client in Essex who is looking to appoint an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their property team.
Contract details:
£450 per day, Inside IR35
3 days per week in the office
3-month initial contract, with a strong likelihood of extension
The role will include:
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Landlord and tenant matters
Management of an industrial property portfolio
Lettings
Service charges
General estates management duties
About you:
Previous public sector experience is desirable
MRICS is preferred, but not essential
