INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
SOUTHEAST
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the Southeast of England who are looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
The role will see you manage a varied commercial portfolio across retail, office and industrial assets, covering rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges, wayleaves and easements. You'll also have the opportunity to support the Council in identifying assets for potential disposal.
You'll be joining a team of four Property professionals, with the team coordinating their office days to encourage collaborative working.
You'll need to be MRICS qualified, have previous Local Authority experience, and access to a car is recommended.
