- Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35)
- Working Pattern: 2 days per week in the office, particularly during the initial stages
Are you an experienced Estates Surveyor looking for your next interim assignment?
I'm currently working with a Local Authority in the North West seeking an Interim Estates Surveyor to support its busy Property and Estates team.
You'll be working across a varied, predominantly commercial property portfolio, managing a broad range of general practice estates matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews and lease negotiations.
- Supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
- Undertaking property inspections and providing professional estates advice.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise rental income and improve asset performance.
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and general asset management activities.
- Liaising with tenants, legal teams, internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Providing professional advice on a range of property and estates matters.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a General Practice Estates Surveyor role, ideally within a Local Authority.
- Strong commercial property and landlord and tenant experience.
- Ability to manage a varied workload independently.
- MRICS qualification desirable, although relevant experience will be considered.
